1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by AC Fridge Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

2. Service Booking

When you book a repair service with us, you are requesting a professional technician to visit your premises for inspection and repair. Booking does not guarantee immediate availability, though we strive for same-day service.

3. Pricing and Payments

Minimum visiting/inspection charges apply to every visit.
A quote for the repair will be provided after inspection.
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair.
We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

4. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor (the actual repair work). Spare parts carry their own manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

AC Fridge Expert and its technicians are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the appliance or any indirect loss resulting from appliance failure.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Delhi NCR.
